Network Operations Full-Time Bandung & West Java Urgent Hiring

Network Operation Center (NOC) Tier-1 & Tier-2 Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLAN routing on carrier-grade routers (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper).
  • Ensuring 99.8% network uptime and handling incident ticket escalations from the L1 NOC team.
  • Conducting OTDR testing of fiber optic cable lines and coordinating Metro-E installations for enterprise customers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education D3/S1 in Information Engineering, Computer Systems, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Network Integrator.
  • Having official MTCRE/MTCINE or CCNA/CCNP certification is a major added value.

  • Manage Proxmox VE cluster virtualization infrastructure, KVM VPS, and Linux server platforms (Debian/Ubuntu/AlmaLinux).
  • Oversee the automation of offsite data backup, snapshot recovery, and SSL/DNS certificate management.
  • Hardening the server operating system, configuring cPanel & WHM, and mitigating server cyber threats.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum D3/S1 education in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Conversant in Linux command line administration, Web Server (Nginx, Apache), DNS BIND, and Bash scripting.
  • Have a deep understanding of SAN/NAS storage concepts, ZFS, and Zabbix / Grafana monitoring.
